Governor Sanders Presents $15,000 to City of Cotter

The City of Cotter receives $15,000 from Governor Sanders through Ark Rural Community Grant Program for sidewalk lighting in Big Spring Park under the Bridge. Thanks to the Cotter-Gassville Chamber of Commerce donating the matching funds.
