ARBOR Day Proclamation – November 16, 2024

Thanks to the Cotter Tree Advisory Board and Arkansas Department of Forestry for donating an Autumn Blaze Maple with the City of Cotter adding two more. The three trees were planted in front of the Cabooses in Big Spring Park, proclaiming November 16, 2024, as ARBOR Day in the City of Cotter.
