The City of Cotter is governed by a Mayor, Recorder/Treasurer, six Council members. Department Heads (Public Works /Street Department, Bookkeeper, Water Clerk and Court Clerk) manage daily operations and report directly to the Council. Our dedicated team—including the Police and Fire Departments—works together to serve the community with pride.
