Andrea Kary – Recognition for 10-Years Service (2015-2025) as Cotter’s Recorder/Treasurer

Mayor Caradine presented a 10-year appreciation award to Recorder Treasurer Andrea Kray on January 23, 2025, at council meeting, recognizing her remarkable decade-long dedication to the City of Cotter. This prestigious distinction acknowledges Ms. Kray’s unwavering commitment and exemplary service as the city’s Recorder Treasurer. Congratulations to Cotter City Hall Recorder/Treasurer Andrea Kray for her 10-year service to the city.  It was my pleasure to present and recognize Andrea for her service. 

Mayor Caradine also administered the oath of office to Andrea for new term 2025-2029 and to all council members. We extend our sincere appreciation to the Council members Mertice Kray, Linda McCarthy, Carolyn Gill, Chuck Sugg, Joe Bass, Ang Pereira and Andrea Kray-Recorder-Treasurer for their selfless devotion to our community.
