New Railroad Directory in Big Spring Park

Community comes together to refurbish railroad directory in big spring park

Thanks to the Cotter Care, Crew Joe Ross and Joe Bass for re-building a new Railroad Directory and refurbishing the baggage cart. Also, thanks to Carolyn Gill (donated the baggage cart), Jan Chipps (rendering of the Train Engine on the back), Emily Kaitz (for the flowers), and Cotter Street Department for their time to volunteer. Thanks to Joe and Joy Ross and First Baptist Church of Cotter for providing the red bench in memory of Jim and Mary Lou Ross.
