Welcome to the first Mayor's Newsletter and Blog from our new website - CotterAr.Gov. Browse website for all resources you may need. There are also city documents such as: meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, financials and ordinances. Contacts to city officials and staff as well as permit and licensing information are found on the Government and Resources Pages. Find links to the new River District, Cotter Bridge Lights, Chamber of Commerce, and Saturday Club of Cotter. You will still be able to pay your water bill and court fees online as well.
