The First Security Cotter Trout Festival is an annual all-day, family-friendly celebration held at Big Spring Park in Cotter, Arkansas. Typically hosted in early May, this White River tradition features a kids' fishing derby, arts and crafts vendors, live music, a duck race, a car cruise-in, and more.
