The Cotter Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, to receive and review applications requesting a zoning change from Industrial I-1 to Commercial C-1 on four parcels located on the North side of Cotter Road (Hwy 345) from the railroad crossing to past the currently vacant manufacturing warehouse (previously contractors truss company). After receiving and reviewing the information, the board will set a date for a public hearing prior to the information or any recommendations being presented to the Cotter City Council.
