It is with deep sadness that Chuck Sugg, Alderman Ward 2 Postion 1 - Cotter City Council, recently passed away at his home, surrounded by his family and supported by hospice care, following a series of strokes. It was his wish to spend his final day in his beloved City of Cotter, and that wish was honored.
Chuck served the Cotter community for many years as a dedicated city council member since elected in 2018.
Please keep his wife, Sharon, along with his family and friends, in your thoughts and prayers as they begin this new year carrying the weight of his absence. May they find comfort, strength, and moments of peace in the days ahead.
